Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, parties may agree to mediation or arbitration under Pakistani arbitration laws.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or pandemics.
